My Practice

I offer integrative, nervous-system–informed services that support physical ease, emotional regulation, and everyday resilience through hands-on bodywork, neurofeedback, and coaching.

Understanding trauma and healing is both deeply personal and profoundly human, shaping how we experience ourselves and the world around us. What happened to you? Where does it hurt? How do you feel—and how would you like to feel? Whether your answers are simple or complex and layered, the tools, exercises, and resources offered here are available to all. It is my pleasure to walk this journey with you.

For over two decades, I have utilized a holistic, integrative approach to health and wellness, informed by both professional practice and personal experience. My work supports individuals experiencing a wide range of nervous system–related challenges, including anxiety, depression, attention and executive function difficulties, sensory sensitivities, sleep disturbances, obsessive and compulsive patterns, emotional reactivity, PTSD, developmental trauma, chronic pain, and symptoms related to concussive or neurological events.

With a background in neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, I integrate Craniosacral Therapy, Neurofeedback, HeartMath coherence training, and embodiment-based coaching. Each modality is guided by the same foundational principle: when the nervous system receives clear, supportive input—through touch, breath, attention, or feedback—the body and brain are able to engage their innate capacity for regulation, adaptation, and healing.

Mission

My mission is to support nervous system regulation, healing, and resilience through integrative, person-centered care.
