Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Because sessions are reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not provided for completed services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
