Cancellation Policy

All sessions are offered by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Eligibility for Services Services are provided in a professional, therapeutic setting for the purpose of wellness, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Any behavior that is inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings will not be permitted. New Clients New clients may be asked to complete an intake form prior to their first session. Accurate and complete information helps ensure services are provided safely and appropriately. Appointments & Scheduling Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Professional Boundaries This practice maintains clear professional boundaries at all times. Right to Refuse Service The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for any reason, including concerns related to safety, scope of practice, or professional boundaries.
