Pinch your shoulder and memories pour out." - Clarissa Pinkola Estes This is hands-on work that addresses muscular tension and trigger points to improve circulation, restore functional movement, and support physical and emotional grounding. The body holds memory in water form, in cells, in tissue, in forms that carry weight and light; pain and joy are of the same ilk under my hands-mirrors. These sensations are the language that my hands speak with everybody they come in contact with. Massaging muscle, fascia, bones, and skin provides feedback to your body as a whole. Skillful, rhythmic application of movement and pressure releases adhesions, increases lymph and blood circulation, signals your endocrine system to release endorphins, oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin, which aid your emotions and cognition. We also have packages available that include 60-minute massage or neuromuscular therapy sessions with me, offered at a discounted rate. Cancellation Policy
All sessions are offered by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Eligibility for Services Services are provided in a professional, therapeutic setting for the purpose of wellness, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Any behavior that is inappropriate, suggestive, or disrespectful will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings will not be permitted. New Clients New clients may be asked to complete an intake form prior to their first session. Accurate and complete information helps ensure services are provided safely and appropriately. Appointments & Scheduling Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking. Professional Boundaries This practice maintains clear professional boundaries at all times. Right to Refuse Service The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for any reason, including concerns related to safety, scope of practice, or professional boundaries.
