I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to nervous system regulation and healing. Drawing on over twenty years of experience and modalities including Craniosacral Therapy, Neurofeedback, and embodiment-based coaching, my work supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and related challenges.

Hands-on work that addresses muscular tension and trigger points to improve circulation, restore functional movement, and support physical and emotional grounding.

A technology-based process that gives the brain real-time information about its own activity, supporting self-directed regulation and long-term neuroplastic change.

Integrative coaching that blends awareness, movement, breath, and attention training to strengthen self-regulation skills and support everyday resilience and performance. *included in all bodywork and Neurofeedback sessions.
